Associate Membership

• A person who does not fall within the common bond of membership, subject to limitations as may be determined by the Board of Directors.

Membership Qualifications:

• Open To All Natural Person
• Filipino Citizen
• Legal Age
• Capacity To Contract

What are the requirements for Regular membership?

1. Attend the required Pre – Membership Education Seminar (PMES) to get a membership certificate.
2. Pay the membership fee of P 1,250.00.
3. Bring along 2×2 latest I.D. picture, Photocopy of marriage contract or birth certificate, Payslip (latest 3 months), Photocopy of TIN (present the original) or any government issued I.D.
